• All Quotes exclude GST ( 18%) & Transport Costs

• Transportation is on Actuals from Our Reis Magos Store.

• All Hampers Once Delivered Should be Stored in an Air- conditioned Venue.
• All Fresh Flower Hampers will have to be transported in Air conditioned Vehicles Only. 

• The Hotel/ Events Team / Client will be responsible for Loading / Unloading of hampers at the Venue.

• Payment Terms are Non Negotiable :-

              50% - The Time of Confirmation.

              50% - 7 Days Before Delivery.

              NO CREDIT of base or GST Amount

• 18% GST APPLICABLE ON TOTAL BILLING

• Delivery Charges are extra depending on the distance from workshop.

• Our Office is in Verem : TRANSPORT TO VENUE EXTRA ON ACTUALS ( UPTO 10 KMS 1500/-, UPTO 15 KMS 2000/-, UPTO 25 KMS - 2500/- , ABOVE 25 KMS - 3000/-

• Above 25 Kms - 4000/-

• The Delivery staff is only the driver, hence Events Team or the Hotel Team will have to do the Unloading at the Venue.

           CANCELLATION POLICY

           Incase of Failure to comply with payment terms, Order will not    

           be fulfilled & advance will be forfeited.

           In the event of your event cancellation - no cancellation charges 

           45 days before delivery.

           25% of total estimated billing Cancellation charge in the event of      

           cancellation 30 days or more to delivery. Or you can get a credit 

           note with 6 months validity.

           40% cancellation charges in the event of cancellation 15 days   

           or less to delivery. Or you can get a credit note with 6    

            months validity.
